We confirm whether the home fits the 2026 RE-UP Rate Protection Pilot before any project pathway is presented.
2. Solar + Battery Suitability Check
We review roof conditions, electrical setup, and other site factors needed for a solar-plus-battery installation pathway.
3. Utility Cost & Rate-Lock Fit Review
Current utility usage and rate exposure are reviewed to determine whether the pilot structure appears favorable for the property.
4. Enrollment in RE-UP
If the home qualifies, we will present you with your customized fixed-payment structure and next-step actions.

Answering the "too good to be true" questions up front
Is this a loan?
No. The RE-UP program is not structured as a traditional loan and does not require a credit check or income verification.
Why is this available now?
The RE-UP program exists because current pricing and program structure now make it possible for eligible homes to access solar plus battery below standard utility cost.
Does filling out this form guarantee approval?
No. Final access depends on property findings and pilot availability after the in-home review is completed.
Is there any money out of pocket?
No. In fact, your first payment won't be due until 60 days after installation.
Does this really cost less than my current electricity bill?
Yes. Because of how the program is structured we can offer solar + battery at a discounted rate.
Will I still be connected to the grid?
Yes. You will still be connected to the grid where you will export excess electricity and receive a credit for it. The grid becomes your backup electricity supply.

Appointment capacity is released by route. Use the Registry ID on your notice to request placement before pilot availability closes.
The Utah Energy Registry operates as an independent entity. Should your property be eligible for infrastructure upgrades, we exclusively recommend implementation partners who have passed a rigorous, 50-point certification process. This ensures any work performed meets the highest standards of safety, ethics, and engineering excellence.
